The Campus Service Center (CSC) coordinates auxiliary and campus services to provide seamless access to services and products and to provide a student campus experience that rivals an “away” experience.  The center, which officially opens in Fall 2018, provides a central point for coordination and manages the Campus Card Program and monitors auxiliary and client service contracts including: duplicating/printing, virtual bookstore, CUNY store, food services, vending, print, transportation, parking pass, charging stations, etc. The CSC also hosts pop up services and programs and works with the Events Management team to host on-campus events.

Bookstore

Faculty and Students can use any college computer to access the Virtual Bookstore; however, stations have been provided in the Campus Service Center to facilitate book or Spiritwear orders.  Students can pay for book orders with their Bronco Bucks or dedicated dollars.  Students can order books from the Virtual Bookstore and have the items delivered to the Campus Service Center.  Student who need to return a book can work with CSC Staff to ship the return.

Book Vouchers

The Campus Service center works with various programs to provide and load dedicated wallets to store book vouchers on the Student’s Bronco Account

Bronco Card Account

A stored value account provided by the college and administered by the Campus Service Center

Catering

The Campus Service Center and the Events Team can assist with placing catering orders through food service providers and help ensure all orders meet governing standards

Food Services and Meal Plans The Campus Card can be used to purchase food at the cafeteria, coffee concession or in vending machines.  The college plans to offer meal kits and additional food options in the future
Cash Management Stations Value can be added to the Bronco Account through the online portal or at Cash Management Stations throughout the campus.
Conference Planning The Campus Service Center and the Events Team can provide logistical support for event and conference planning
Electronic Notice Board The Campus Service Center has an Electronic Messaging Board that can be used to post college information
Food Pantry Donations A collection box is available in the Campus Service Center to facilitate food donation drop offs
ID Card Issuance The Campus Service Center, Human Resources, and Public Safety coordinate the verification and issuance of ID Cards and the associated User Access.
Laptop Loaner The College provides laptop and equipment loans.  The CSC is working to add these services to the campus card program.
Library Fines and Fees Bronco Bucks are accepted by the Library to satisfy library fines and fees
Lost and Found The CSC and Public Safety and the PPS Custodial team coordinate on lost and missing items.  The CSC will help contact campus community members who have lost their personal property.
Parking Permits The college is working on adding parking permits to the Campus Card Program
Phone Charging Stations The Campus Service Center can assist with charging station issues and is also available to assist with recharging your phone.
Pop-Up Shop Support Space is provided in the campus service center to support tabling and pop-up shops
Postage Stamps Bronco Bucks are accepted in the Campus Service Center to pay for postage or shipping
Printing/Binding /Scanning While all instructional materials should be provided through the virtual bookstore; the Campus Service Center provides a variety of printing/duplicating and binding and scanning services. The Campus Service Center administers the copy machine and PrintSmart program and student print accounts.
Shuttle and Transportation The Campus Service Center provides transportation service support and administers the shuttle program.  The college will be working to add more transportation options.
Space Use and Rentals The Campus Service Center can assist with inquiries related to space use, rentals and use of Resource 25 Scheduling software and conference planning and support.
Spiritwear Merchandise Spiritwear is available through the CUNY Online Store or at the Campus Service Center.
Suggestion Program Suggestions can be submitted to the Campus Service Center or online.
Ticket Sales Support In the future, the campus service center will support event ticket sales
Vending Machines The Campus Service Center administers the Vending Machine Program and can provide support or answer questions.
