Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE)

The members of BCC’s COACHE Task Force created this page to address questions BCC faculty may have about the survey as well as report on previous COACHE results with information on how issues of diversity and inclusion on campus were addressed using the results.

CUNY has partnered with the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE), a research-practice partnership at Harvard Graduate School of Education focused on the study of postsecondary faculty experiences throughout the nation. COACHE is designed to measure faculty satisfaction on a variety of topics important to faculty and compare our results to others at peer institutions. All full time faculty are invited to participate.

Recommendations and outcomes based on the results of the COACHE survey 2023 can be found here: https://www.cuny.edu/academics/faculty-affairs/coache/
