Bronx Community College is currently accepting readmission application for former BCC students. Please complete the Readmission Form to begin the process. Enrollment for the Summer and Fall 2026 semesters is now open.

PLEASE NOTE: The Office of the Registrar will be operating remotely and will not provide in-person services from Monday, June 15, 2026, through Thursday, July 2, 2026. We will be back to in-person operations on Monday, July 6th, 2026.

During this period, all Registrar services will remain fully accessible through our Virtual Counter. Students, faculty, and staff may continue to receive assistance with registration, ePermit inquiries, graduation matters, enrollment verification, transcript requests, residency issues, and other Registrar-related services remotely.

Office Of The Registrar’s Summer Virtual Counter

We encourage you to visit the Virtual Counter during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., to speak directly with a Registrar representative and receive assistance with your questions and requests.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

The deadline to withdraw from a Summer 2026 course can be found on the Academic Calendar, based on the relevant summer session.

Consult with your advisor if you are considering dropping a class. If you receive financial aid, consult with the Office of Financial Aid before dropping a class. Students may use Schedule Builder to drop classes from their schedule.

How to Request a Transcript

Orders for official transcripts may be requested through Parchment to be sent via physical mail or emailed as a PDF on official Bronx Community College letterhead.

How to Request an Enrollment Verification Letter

If you need an enrollment verification letter, you can request it via CUNYFirst–> Student Center–> Transcript & Verification –> Request Enrollment Verification.
