• The Transfer Services Virtual Counter is available via Zoom.
• Mr. Edwin Roman will see students individually in the order that they enter the waiting room.

• If you are coming to complete a transfer application, please use a computer and not your phone.

Mr. Thomas Bracken is available Monday – Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. all year round. Please connect with him via email at thomas.bracken@bcc.cuny.edu or call 718.289.5871 to arrange an appointment. Please use your student e-mail and include your EMPLid number when connecting via e-mail. 

Mr. Edwin Roman has on campus advisement throughout the year and Saturday morning Zoom appointments during the fall, winter, and spring semesters. Please visit Navigate 360 to make an appointment.

Admissions and Scholarship Essay Assistance

If you need assistance with an admissions or scholarship essay, connect with Mr. Roman via email at edwin.roman@bcc.cuny.edu. You may send him your essay and be sure to include your EMPLid, the essay prompt, the required word count and any other relevant instructions. Please do not use Google Docs as Mr. Roman is unable to open it. Instead attach a Word document or copy and paste the essay into the body of the email.
