The Office of Communications and Marketing, led by AVP Richard Ginsberg, is responsible for ensuring that our marketing efforts are effective and meet the highest standards in terms of design, as well as visual and editorial content. In cooperation with IT, we also oversee the BCC website and all official BCC social media platforms. This office publishes Update, your weekly guide to campus events, and On Campus, the electronic newsletter distributed to all students, faculty and staff, BCC alumni and CUNY leadership. We welcome your story suggestions, brief items for publication and high-resolution images.
We are devoted to building awareness and increasing support for the Bronx Community College brand. We strive to share inspiring and authentic stories about our tremendous faculty, staff and students to the campus and the Bronx.
Clear communication is especially important in today’s information-saturated world. We have developed this section to help provide resources for you to use to consistently share our identity as you express the unique messages about your individual campus units.
When we deliver the same messages multiple times in multiple ways, our key audiences become familiar with our Story, strengthening our connections with them.
Among other things, telling the BCC story communicates our values, our strategic priorities, and the qualities that set us apart from our peers.
