Non-payment or not attending courses are not considered an official drop. If you do not plan on attending courses for any reason, drop your courses prior to the first day of class. Otherwise, you may be held responsible for All Tuition charges.

The Office of the Registrar maintains all official student academic records, including course enrollments, grades, semester and cumulative GPAs, withdrawal histories, and personal demographic information. Additionally, the office serves as a resource for student inquiries regarding registration procedures and degree completion requirements. The deadline to withdraw from a Fall 2026 course is November 6, 2026.
Before dropping a class: Consult with your academic advisor to understand how the change may affect your academic progress. If you receive financial aid, be sure to consult with the Office of Financial Aid before dropping a class, as it may affect your eligibility.
Students can use Schedule Builder to drop a class from their schedule.
How to Request a Transcript
Orders for official transcripts may be requested through Parchment to be sent via physical mail or emailed as a PDF on official Bronx Community College letterhead.
How to Request an Enrollment Verification Letter
If you need an enrollment verification letter, you can request it via CUNYFirst–> Student Center–> Transcript & Verification –> Request Enrollment Verification.
