Advising Planning Sheets (also known as “Pattern” Sheets) are a helpful resource to assist students with planning the completion of their degrees. Please note that these are unofficial advising tools only. Students should always track their progress toward their degree by reviewing their online degree audit in DegreeWorks.

Students should choose the Advising Planning Sheet based on the catalog/academic year in which they were admitted to and began at BCC, or when they changed to a new major. For example, a student who began at BCC in Fall 2016 or Spring 2017 and didn’t change majors would choose the planning sheet for the appropriate program labeled “2016.” If you are unsure which planning sheet to choose, please contact your advisor and/or consult your degree audit.
